Deceiving brought my car to have an oil change and they removed bolts and have an oil leak on left axel!
Excellent service. They were in constant communication while my car was being serviced and went the extra mile to make sure my parts were covered under warranty.

Can’t even begin to tell anyone the horrible experience my daughter has and continues to have. Lies, deceit have been prevalent. Her new car is now at a different Kia dealership needing a new transmission at 3k mikes. The latest manager says he is going to try and fix all the wrongdoings, stay tuned!!
We put $1000 down on a car in mid October that they said was being delivered that weekend. When it was not after 2 weeks we went up there because we liked the 2023 Kia Seltos they had listed on their site. We purchased this vehicle on 10/30/22 for $10,000 more than MSP. We understand the car shortage and still wanted it. We were given 1 key FOB and advised that Kia themselves sends them the second key FOB after sale and they would mail it to us. Annika, sales rep and Chris Potter, sales mngr, did not keep their word Re after market items. We live 2.5 hours away. Although in emails they said over and over they would take care of promised items and send them, finally they simply stopped responding. My feeling is they never intended to. I will never do business with them again!!! I hate being strung along then blown off.
Our 2018 Kia Soul (belonging to my son) had an unfortunate engine failure due, in no small part, to maintenance lapses on 'our' end. Despite the fact that the entire service industry is under immense pressure in terms of finding and keeping qualified employees to keep up with daily demand, my son's salesman, Lee, was incredibly accessible, went to bat for us, and was able to squeeze us into an impossible schedule and find a solution. Took the vehicle for all regular maintenance at Kia North. Vehicle not running. Kia North diagnosis is engine failure due to owner missed maintenance. They have the records. No missed maintenance. No cooperation. Took offer to buy for 2k. Took title for sale. No records of this agreement. Never do business with Kia North. Questionable integrity
I had a very poor and unprofessional experience at Kia of North Grand Rapids Dealership. Just a little back story, I have been taking my Kia car as well as my Wife’s Kia Sorrento to this dealership for years. The previous owner passed away and the dealership is under new ownership and management.

Bought a new car in july when they were summit place Kia. Filled out the paperwork for my gap insurance refund on the old car and gave them the letter from the old lien holder. Aagi sent them the check on august 20 and I still haven’t received it. I have called multiple times and gone down there with no answers. Myles was very straight forward and honest helping the process move along super easily. The leasing process was very quick and they were able to answer any questions I had.
I got my car in at the end of may and it’s already in the service shop. I’ve had an appointment scheduled a month ago about my car and here it is finally the day (even though they have had my car for 2 weeks now) they tell me I have to wait another 5 days before they even look at it!! Whats the point of making appointments if your not going to hold up to them!! Thanks for making my first time buying experience a nightmare!!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone here!!!
We have been looking to pay cash for car and found one at Summitt place Kia. When we got there they told us car as is and cannot test drive. How can a business ethically do this. Do not buy from these people. Rude. Unethical. Wouldn’t even give us inspection report. Stay away.

I didn't appreciate waiting as long as I did. Then, all the paper work being done, not even knowing if I wanted the car, that I haven't even seen before all this.

What if I or someone else, after all the time spent on paper work sitting there for hours on end, wasting my time and yours decided that since I (we) didn't get to check out the car first, decided ,nope don't like the car.

My experience was good overall but since I wasn't allowed to put a deposit on a vehicle I almost opted to go else where. I lived in Northern Mi and it wasn't feasible to get the money and return in the same day.
Due to my age I would have liked to be taught more about the computer system. It was very overwhelming. I loved my sales person. He was very patient. They fixed what was wrong with it before I took it home.
Well they got me into the vehicle I knew I would be driving home with, the moment I saw it. At a price I was comfortable with.

Next day, he walked us through finding the prompts for average mileage and trip miles. Today I inquired about weather radar. My wife and I just have a GREAT experience up here at Summit Place Kia. We have been trying to buy/lease a new car for my wife for a month or 2 now. What a difference here. We have been mostly dealing with fox and these guys are NOT fox. We spent 3 or 4 hours at the fox GMC on Alpine and there was no atmosphere there. I recently purchased my second vehicle this past week at this dealership. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience as a whole. I was apprehensive going in due to my first experience buying a car at a different dealership.
